THE THEME FOR 2020 IS 'THE IMPACT OF WATER'
Zaffar Kunial, this year's Chief Judge, has now selected the winning poems, which can be found on the page Winners 2020. Thanks to all who submitted, young and old, from all over the world. We intend to hold a prerecorded digital gala celebration at 6.30pm on Thursday 3 December, using Zoom. Winners are invited to video themselves reading their poems and to send the results (landscape) to us to be part of a reading which will also include comments from Zaffar Kunial. All who submitted will be sent registration details on request: contact email@example.com
The competition is open to everyone.
All shortlisted entrants will be invited to a celebration event at a date (to be confirmed) later this year *, at which prizes will be awarded by Zaffar Kunial, the Chief Judge for 2020.
Winning poems will be published on this website.
Entries should be no longer than forty lines and be previously unpublished either in print or online.
